Krystyna Boczkowska

Krystyna Boczkowska is a board member of Fundacja Liderek Biznesu and the Congress of Women. Krystyna was one of the first Bosch employees in Poland and has been building the company’s success for over 27 years. She was one of the most influential businesswomen in Poland, being several times awarded the title Woman of the Year and the title of a person important for the development of the local automotive market. In 2018 Mrs Boczkowska was awarded with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is the highest German distinction for foreigners in recognition of her contributions to strengthening Polish-German relations.

Apart from her business activity, she is a dynamic promoter of important social issues such as improving the level of technical education in Poland. She also actively supports diversity and the development of women in Poland. She graduated from the Mechatronics Department of Warsaw University of Technology and MBA Executive Studies in Finance.
